The Seven Dynamics of Change were first introduced by Ken Blanchard in an article published in The Inside Guide in October, 1992. Ken Blanchard is the co-founder and Chief Spiritual Officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies®, author of The One Minute Manager®, and is well known amongst the coaching community.

Through an exercise you will personally experience The Seven Dynamics of Change and explore how you can use your knowledge of these dynamics in your coaching relationships. In this workshop there will be a specific focus on how you can increase your ability to engage in direct communication and design actions with your clients.

Why you will want to attend this program:

  • Coaching is often about making a change. The Seven Dynamics of Change is a powerful change framework that you can personally utilize and immediately apply in your coaching practice.

  • You will be able to design coaching questions related to The Seven Dynamics of Change.

  • You will add to your coaching toolbox for workshops and meetings.

  • You will help shape the future of the ICF Indy Chapter for 2012 as we engage in brainstorming and discussion regarding how The Seven Dynamics of Change apply to the direction of our Chapter.
