Shirley Triller Shirley Triller - President
As a Professional Certified Coach, credentialed by the International Coach Federation, Shirley engages her clients in leveraging their strengths and achieving their full potential.  Through Shirley’s extensive experience with executives and professionals, she has a unique ability to help clients identify core values and motivators. She collaborates with her clients in developing career management and performance plans to achieve progressive success.  Read more
Shirley possesses a broad base of industry experience which allows her to readily connect and understand her clients’ environments and cultures.  As Vice President of Talent Management for HR Dimensions LLC/Career Partners International, she manages their career transition practice and serves as executive coach and trainer for leadership development programs. 

Her professional career includes leadership roles with two of the largest international human resource management firms in the U.S. and sales and management roles with leading manufacturers and service companies. She has held key staff and board of director positions with not-for-profit organizations.  As an entrepreneur for over 6 years, Shirley built and managed her own organizational management consulting business where she specialized in business strategy and executive and career coaching. 

Shirley has a B.S. in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and has continued her education with graduate courses in developing human potential, human performance improvement and counseling.  She also furthers her coaching education by attending the International ICF conferences.

Because she strongly believes in advancing the professionalism of coaching and values the opportunity to learn from other talented coaches, she committed to serve as president of the Greater Indianapolis ICF Chapter.

Sandy Cropper, ACC, partners with clients who are seeking to advance in their careers and achieve greater success, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. Sandy guides her clients to greater clarity through assessments, training and coaching to accelerate their professional growth. Read more


Clients who are motivated to take charge of their careers and professional development can expect a customized approach when working with Sandy. Her clients focus their Individual Development Plan to achieve measurable results that show up as improved performance in the workplace. The training/coaching sessions give her clients a chance to practice and apply new skills to real-life situations and gain the confidence they need to sustain the results.

The focus of Sandy’s work is in two areas. First, as a Career Coach, she helps individuals who are in transition, either leaving a previous employer or seeking another position either internally or with a new company. Her second focus area is Management/Professional Development for individuals who are building skills for a new position or enhanced level of responsibility.

Sandy completed her ACC (Associate Certified Coach) designation through ICF and trained through IPEC, an ICF approved Coaching program. She brings over 20 years experience in Management Training and Career Development. Sandy brings hands-on experience as a frontline manager where she learned personally the challenges and keys to successful management.

Sandy is trained and certified in various assessments including 360, self-rated and career assessments used to form the foundation for development planning and successful coaching.

Sandy currently serves on the Board of ICF Indianapolis Chapter and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She takes advantage of the ICF newsletter, webinars, affiliates and tools to build her coaching practice. The local chapter provides ongoing opportunities to collaborate and learn directly from other successful coaches.

Sandy has experience working successfully with front line and professional staff in such industries as: health, pharmaceuticals, insurance, manufacturing, financial services, technology, and telecommunications. She develops rapport easily with staff at all levels of the organization providing a safe haven for learning and change. Sandy's education, training and diverse experience provide an excellent background for helping clients align their personal and professional goals to achieve success.

She successfully coaches CEO’s, Executive Vice Presidents, General Managers and senior leaders as they drive growth in their business, lead change, further develop their ability to lead organizations, acquire and divest companies and transform the culture of their organizations. Patti is the author of the book The Art of Leading Transformational Change and is a co-author of the book Mastering Momentum: A Practical and Powerful Approach for Successful Change. She is certified in the Center for Creative Leadership assessment tools and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the International Speakers Network. She is also on the Board of Peace Learning Center and is an Elder at New Hope Presbyterian Church.

Prior to founding Turning Point Patti was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications for Roche Diagnostics Corporation. She also spent 21 years with Monsanto Company in global and domestic strategic Human Resource, Organization Development and Mergers & Acquisitions positions.

Patti coordinates ICF Indianapolis Chapter communications and finds ICF an ideal way to come together with a community of colleagues who share her passion for unleashing the potential in others and who compliment her expertise. It is also a great way to continue her professional development.
Shirley Triller Lynn Zettler - Programs Chairperson
Lynn Zettler founded LifeAction Coaching, Inc., an Executive and Professional Coaching organization serving small business owners and corporate professionals in 2005. Using her 20 year corporate and management experience from The Dow Chemical Company, Lynn partners with clients to quickly identify barriers to their personal success, and develop strategies to effectively maneuver their path to the top. With a specialty in effective communications, Lynn engages organizations through workshops related to topics such as: Your Personal Brand, Eliminating Your Big BUT, Ultimate Time Management, and Communication and Networking.

Lynn graduated from Coach University and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. She is also certified in PRINT™, a personal motivators assessment and ACCESS, a coaching program for job seekers.

Lynn's first book STOP Talking to Me, was published in October, 2010, outlining a process to silence your inner critic and pivot your thoughts from negativity to positivity in four simple steps. She has authored numerous articles, including "A Very Special Success", in Fostering Families Today.

Prior to coaching, Lynn received a B.S. in Chemistry and a Patent Agent Certification from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Lynn has written over 80 patent applications, led the Intellectual Property Portfolio Development Team at Dow AgroSciences and managed the global patent portfolios for several Dow Chemical businesses.

In addition to coaching, Lynn volunteers and currently holds the positions of V.P. for A Hands Up Coaching, a non-profit coaching organization for women in need, and President of InfoConnection2, an Indianapolis based mastermind group.

Lynn is passionate about the ICF due to her love of learning and professional and personal development as a coach.
Ed Turi Ed Turi - Coaches Breakfast Facilitator
Ed Turi is the owner of Emerge U, a company that focuses on developing emotional intelligence and coaching and training business leaders in both small and large organizations. A major focus of Emerge U is developing emotionally intelligent sales teams. Emerge U’s clients include both major corporations and academic institutions. Read more
Ed received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 1995 with a concentration in management. Ed also has a coaching certification from Coach U and has served as a facilitator for Coach U. Prior to founding Emerge U, Ed spent eight years as an advertising executive in New York City. In addition to his coaching practice, Ed is currently an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Anderson University teaching courses on emotional intelligence, organizational behavior and change management.

Ed is a past president of the International Coach Federation Indianapolis chapter. He currently coordinates the ICF, Indy monthly breakfasts. Ed sees his involvement in ICF as a way for him to provide educational and networking opportunities to fellow coaches and to help them to build successful coaching practices.
